The variety of food we had for breakfast, which meant we could choose anything we liked. The bed was very comfy and happy that we had a bath in our room which made our stay very nice. Water was very hot & the shower was nice too Great selection of channels on the TV as well meant for great viewing when We didn't go out. Staff were friendly and very helpful and helped with almost requests. The check in & check out was very easy to use Location of the Hotel was nice too, near the woods for nice walks, only a 35min walk into Bury Town which was a lovely walk.. not too far from amenities either

The dragonfly was easy to access from the main road. The parking is free of charge for guests. The hotel first impressions is that the outside is very clean and inviting. Lovely patio with lawned area and very relaxing. The reception is very clean and bright along with the bar and restaurant and also boasts a very nice conservatory for relaxation. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. From the receptionist to the cleaners every member of staff was very polite and cheerful. I certainly will be using the Dragonfly again without any hesitation

It was conveniently located next to the A14 and not far from town either. The in-house bar & restaurant was good, very well priced as well. Room was a good size and the bed was nice and comfortable too. The hotel & room wasn’t ablaze with heat, but was comfortable, it made a change as a lot of hotels get so stuffy and airless. The day staff were excellent and after being unwell they offered a change of linen at no extra cost, which a lot of hotels don’t do. Very impressed

Clean and comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Friendly staff. I was expecting a travel lodge experience but it was much better. Restaurant and bar available, didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but we had the buffet style breakfast which was plentiful and tasty. It is close to a busy road but I didn't notice much traffic noise through the night. It was a warm night so the fan in the room was appreciated. Hairdryer, iron and board in the room.

It was easy to find just if the A14. The car park was large and accessible to the hotel. Our room, although not large is just what we needed, but very well equipped with an en suite toilet and shower room. That and the room were very clean and modern. The bed was large and comfortable.
